WARNING! Scammers on free advertising sites selling so called pedigree kittens for cheap, do not approach these people and go only to a registered breeder. I have also noticed people selling very young unvaccinated, unregistered kittens for cheap on these sites, again these type of kittens do not make great pets and are far to young to be rehomed, they most likely won't be purebred siberians either!

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas....

I would like to take a moment to wish all past, present and future Druzhina Siberian kitten owners a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year. Hard to believe this is my 8th year breeding.  I have been very lucky to have wonderful homes for my kittens so thank you.  I hope you all have a wonderful time with family and friends and spoil those kitties rotten.

Here is a sample of some of our current  kittens that are still in my home and will be over Christmas (there are 18 in total).  I do not normally have kittens in the home over Christmas so this is new for me.  Some pictures are of the new babies not yet available for adoption. These are my Favourite snaps of them and I hope you will agree they are super cute.

All the kittens I have now will most likely be taken by my current waiting list but if you are wanting a healthy super cute baby like these here, please contact me to be considered for 2017 breedings.  I will post plans for next year in the new year.....

Happy holidays....

Litter F our singleton Kitten 9 wks

Im alittle late posting these with everything that has been happening around here and trying to get ready for Christmas. Our not so little singleton kitten is now 9 weeks old and will be going for his first vaccine tomorrow.  He is a big boy and a fun character.  A little shy at first but really getting quite cheeky now.  He is always running past you when entering the room and plays with the other kittens under the door.  Its a shame he is on his own as he longs for a playmate and so pesters mum instead.  I do not mix litters and because he is so much bigger than the others its not possible for him to play with them

He would be best in a not too busy home but one where he will get plenty of attention.  He really is a sweet funny boy who does make you laugh when he has his funny mad half hour. This is podivas last litter.  I chose a name that is derived from my surname Ferris and also means iron strong as he is a sturdy boy who will be a big lad. I suspect he will be a fairly warm brown when mature.

He is available to the waiting list only, i will contact them in order of list.  The other two litters will most likely go on for adoption just after christmas.  They are all around 7 weeks old currently and doing great.

Introducing... Druzhina Faris, black brown mackerel tabby boy.

My Russian beauties are home....

Well after a long trip from Russia my 2 new girls have arrived. Sharmel is super confident and constantly purring. Eroshka is alittle unsure after her long trip and will need time to adjust so no pictures just yet. Below are some when they were younger taken by their breeders. They will form part of my traditional breeding in 2017. A big thankyou to their breeders for allowing me to have them.

November updates

Well its very busy here as you can imagine. This weekend we see litter d1 starting to head off to their new homes. The boys go first followed by the girls next weekend. Here they are just after thier trip to the vets for neutering. As you can see completely unphased by it.

Litter E1 have had a challenging week. During the end of last week when we had heavy hailstones here we had a leaking roof which came through into the kitten room they were in. Luckily it was caught early and fixed but left the kittens pretty wet. They were moved into my bedroom with mum and will stay there until the older kittens have gone before moving downstairs. The kitten room is being repaired and should be ready soon hopefully just in time for the arrival of my 2 russian girls coming here in around 3 wks time.
Here are E1 enjoying time in my bedroom were they love to keep you awake until the early hours by playing and biting feet. They go for their first vaccs next week. All this litter are reserved

Litter F1

First pictures of our lone kitten. He is growing massively but still getting the hang of toilet training and eating. He prefers to just suckle on mum. He is nearly 5 weeks but the size of a 7 week old. He will be available to the wait list soon

Litter G1
These babies are doing great..approaching 4 weeks old now and will soon be starting to wean. Dinara is a brilliant mum and this will be her last litter. These will be available to the waiting list in a few weeks. I think we may have 1 or 2 very dark silvers. I did think they were brown at birth due to tarnish on face. I should know more when they are older

Lastly litter H1

First pictures of these 7 who are now enjoying alittle freedom outside the pen. They are 12 hrs younger than litter g1 but alot more lively trying to escape from the pen. They will soon start weaning also. These are available to wait list in a few weeks however i will be monitoring the best for a show home so they may not become available until alittle later. All are good sizes. Being a big litter our small boy is growing but still half the size of the others. He feeds well but does often get knocked out the way. I supplement him with extra milk but he hates it so hopefully when he starts eating kitten food he will catch up. I try to give him as much unchallenged feeding time with mum as possible. All kittens will go to wait list. There is only 1 possible space left on the list now for this year.
here they are with mum sophie

I will post my breeding plans early next year. If you have allergies and would like the chance to own one of these beautiful kittens next year. Please contact me again in january for more information.

Litter E1 6 weeks old

The long awaited pictures are finally here of litter E1 from Yakira and Rasputin. note some of the pictures are not in great focus, this is because these kittens decided it was more fun to play than pose. This is the first time I have done this mating and have to say I am very pleased with the results. I was not sure how mum would be with kittening but she has been brilliant and reared them well. She is now taking a step back and letting them become more independent watching them as they play and explore.
There are 5 babies here and all are lovely in there own way.  There are a couple who I think would be nice as a pair and others who would be better in a home with lots of attention.
They are all eating kitten food and fully toilet trained and growing well. In keeping with the alphabet theme they all have baby names beginning with E. All the browns will be a warm colour like dad. The body will eventually go the colour on the head.  The silvers are very clear with no tarnish, something that is not always easy to get.

All these kittens are available to my waiting list only who I will contact in order over the next few days.  Waiting list please consider temperament and your home before choosing a kitten as this is very important for a happy healthy baby.

I still have a couple of places left on the waiting list for the younger litters who will be ready early next year. Please take the time to read my website before contacting me.  Indoor only homes and note I cannot offer allergy sitting right now but am willing to send fur samples if allergies are an issue.

So here they are:

The boys:

Druzhina Edan (little fire) black brown mackerel tabby.
Given this name because he has attitude. Lets you know when he wants something, Quite vocal.  Playful and friendly. would not stay still for his pictures hence the lack of focus. He would be suited to most homes but I think if going alone a home where he will not be alone for long is best. very thick long coat that will require alittle more grooming than some siberians especially in winter

Druzhina Eren (Saint) Black brown mackerel tabby
Very chilled quiet boy compared to his brother hence the name.  Loves to play and very well mannered. He would be better in a quiet home either on his own or with his sister Eesha who is also similar temperament.

The Girls:

Druzhina Elaina (Light)  Black silver mackerel tabby.
Smallest of the girls, name given because she is a lighter silver than her sister.  Very cheeky playful girl.  Never still for 5 minutes.  Would be fine in most homes but I think would need plenty of attention so she does not get bored. If going as a pair I think Edan would be best suited to this girl.  Extremely pretty little girl

Druzhina Effie (Well spoken) Black brown mackerel tabby
This girl is also a talker but in a very quiet way hence name. I like to think well spoken :)  She is very sweet and loves to sit on your knee. She is the only one that consistently does this whenever you are sitting on the floor.  Loves attention and for this reason she cannot go to a home where she will be left alone for long as she would be miserable. Needs lots of attention even from children is ideal. Biggest of the girls with a slightly shorter coat.

Druzhina Eesha (pleasure) Black silver mackerel tabby
A nice sweet even tempered girl who is a complete pleasure and very gentle. likes to play and loves her food.  She is a slightly darker silver than her sister and has a thicker coat which may need more grooming.  As a pair would be best suited with her brother Eren.  A home that is not too busy might be best.
