WARNING! Scammers on free advertising sites selling so called pedigree kittens for cheap, do not approach these people and go only to a registered breeder. I have also noticed people selling very young unvaccinated, unregistered kittens for cheap on these sites, again these type of kittens do not make great pets and are far to young to be rehomed, they most likely won't be purebred siberians either!

Information on my website 'adopting a kitten page' on why you should choose a reputable, registered breeder.

Our import male now has a name

Our new boy has now had his pedigree name chosen by his breeder and it will be Rasputin who was a russian monk with healing powers famous for his debauchery. I wanted a name to mean fertility, good breeder and so she came up with this. I like it but feel it is a bit of a mouthful for a pet name so his pet name will be nice and simple but with a lovely meaning, Tsar meaning ruler and he will certainly be that when he arrives. He is doing well and has had all his shots now, he is going through the awkward gangly stage at present but still has alot of heft, this is quite normal for a siberian around their teenage years and we hope he will eventually develop the overall look he had at 6 weeks when fully mature, here are some pictures.

12 weeks:

How he looked at approximately 6 weeks:

A few pictures of some of the wonderful traditional cats in his pedigree:
