WARNING! Scammers on free advertising sites selling so called pedigree kittens for cheap, do not approach these people and go only to a registered breeder. I have also noticed people selling very young unvaccinated, unregistered kittens for cheap on these sites, again these type of kittens do not make great pets and are far to young to be rehomed, they most likely won't be purebred siberians either!

Information on my website 'adopting a kitten page' on why you should choose a reputable, registered breeder.

Dahlia babies: Litter E 9 weeks old

Here are some pictures of the babies at 9 weeks old. They are looking stunning and all have great characters. They went for their first shots on Monday and all were very well behaved and brave. The vet (my boss) loved them all but in particular Elsei's colour and Elisaveta's face. They did sleep alittle more that night but were soon back to their normal playfulness the following day. All of these kittens are reserved apart from one, Evangel. He is a little sweetheart and so friendly. He seeks out human company and is the first to come and sit on your knee, he will quite happily just sit there for hours purring away. He is developing well and although the smallest at birth he has more than caught up in weight and has the biggest appetite out of all the kittens cleaning off all the leftovers. If you think you can offer a loving pet home to this gorgeous boy please contact me. I do plan on one maybe two more litters this year but they won't be ready to leave until next year now so these are the last kittens available in 2011. All my kittens are well socialised in the home, handled alot for cuddles and also nail clipping, worming, brushing etc. They are fully weaned and litter trained and have been for many weeks now and have lovely characters just like their parents. They also go with everything having been done including microchipping and neutering and an extensive kitten pack and lifelong breed and vetcare advice.

You will also notice than Epifanii has gained an extra name of Evfaliia meaning luxury in russian, her first name meaning praised. She certainly is just that a little luxury that will be praised and treasured. As you may know she is staying here at Druzhina to hopefully carry on her mothers trate of producing outstandingly beautiful babies and will hopefully have her first litter next summer. Double barrel names are a trait here that are reserved for breeding cats. It was a hard decision with the girls in this litter as both are really nice and I think Lizzy would have been suitable for breeding but I did not want to have both go for breeding at this stage plus she had a lovely owner who really wanted her so unfortunately I had to pick one and chose what a felt was a rarer colour as both have good type.

So here are the lovely bunch:

Elisei- pale blue silver mackerel tabby, Reserved for Jacqueline

Epifanii Evfaliia - blue tortie smoke female staying here

Elisaveta - black silver torbie female reserved for Jacqueline

Evangel - black silver mackerel tabby male Available

Edesii - black silver mackerel tabby male Reserved for Abi

Efrem - black silver mackerel tabby male Reserved for Kathy

Eros - black silver mackerel tabby male Reserved for Abi

Introducing our new stud cat

I thought its was time I introduced my new male who will hopefully be joining me here in January. He will along with Boris be the father to our kittens for hopefully a good few years. He is the first import cat of mine and a traditional brown mackerel tabby who possibly carries golden, although we cannot be sure of that until we have done some test matings. A few of our girls carry gold and ofcourse we have Dahlia who is golden so we will hopefully see some lovely golden kittens here next year. I have waited over a year for this male to be born and am very impressed with him so far. He is still a baby at present and has alot of maturing to do but I love his expression and his pedigree is wonderful. He has some lovely famous foundation cats in his pedigree mainly Yasha, Richard, Elis and also the wonderful Busik, Khariton Angara and Marius sarji. His mother is a wonderful example of the breed and often coming out as top siberian when shown and his grandfather is a wonderful traditional boy direct from Russia. I won't reveal where he is coming from until he is here but will share a few pictures with you all.

So here is the gorgeous man at 6 weeks old.

Litter D: 10 weeks old, two kittens available in this litter

The babies are now 10 weeks old and growing up fast. They had their first vaccines 7 days ago and were very brave. I have decided to keep Dinara who will now have a second name of dima which did belong to the other girl in this litter until we changed our minds on which to keep. All our home bred cats that go on for breeding have double barrel names. It was a hard decision as both girls have good points but I feel Dinara has the points I am looking for in my breeding and I am loving her colour and markings, it is so rich and bold she is also alittle sweet heart and does nothing but purr when you stroke her.

For those who follow the blog regularly you will know that poor Domino is now available due to his owners nolonger being able to have pets at the moment and so two kittens from this litter are available. Both blue silver tabbies, Domino and Daromila. Both very friendly with Domino being more of a lap cat and Daromila who is just mad and loves to play ALL the time and is never still, I don't know where she finds the energy. Both kittens are available to pet homes so please get intouch. As I have said before all my kittens go with everything they could possibly need doing being done including microchip and neutering which is not routinely done. You will also get lifelong breed and vet care advice from me and an extensive kitten pack. Please see my website adopting a kitten page for more information.
