WARNING! Scammers on free advertising sites selling so called pedigree kittens for cheap, do not approach these people and go only to a registered breeder. I have also noticed people selling very young unvaccinated, unregistered kittens for cheap on these sites, again these type of kittens do not make great pets and are far to young to be rehomed, they most likely won't be purebred siberians either!

Information on my website 'adopting a kitten page' on why you should choose a reputable, registered breeder.

Druzhina Chernoi (aka Boris) update

I had a lovely update from Jennie today who kindly adopted the cheeky Chernoi from Ellie's October litter last year. This is what she had to say about him.....

''My Boris is doing very well. He is adorable and so loving and fun. He is also really beautiful and everyone loves him. I have attached some photos so you can see what he looks like now. Thanks again for giving him such a good start. He is our little baby and thoroughly spoilt but we love him very much.''

Thanks Jennie for giving him a loving home, where he is spoilt rotten and hope he is not causing to much havoc, he was always the one up to mischief when he was younger. Here are his pictures at 6 months of age:

Expected kittens

I would like to announce that we expect siberian kittens at the beginning of June. Ellie our Blue point with white girl is expecting her kittens the first weekend of June followed a week or so later by Dahlia our golden tabby. The sire of both litters is Charodey Abrikos a red silver tabby. (Sire of litter c in October 2010). These kittens will be ready to leave here the middle/end of September. Abrikos has been on loan here from another breeder and will be leaving us to go home soon so these will be his last kittens with our girls. It has been a a pleasure having him here and he is such a loveable boy and passes this on to his babies.

We also hope to have kittens from Xena our silver shaded girl shortly after as she is currently being romanced. So it will be a busy time here with hopefully plenty of beautiful babies. We have quite a few people waiting for kittens so I suspect not many will be available to people not on our waiting list. We do hope to have kittens from Karlisa and her daughter Belle in September so please feel free to enquire. These later litters will be expected to leave here just before Christmas. We are going to be mating Mia our black torbie shaded girl one last time in the next few weeks in the hope of a litter from her before she is spayed. She unfortunately will be looking for a new home in Autumn preferably with no other cats as she does not get along with our other girls. She will be three years old in July. She is very affectionate and loves to sit on your lap for cuddles. If you think you can offer a home to a young female Siberian please contact me for more information.

Kittens enquiries welcome, please contact me clareferris27@yahoo.co.uk to go on my waiting list.

Update on Cherenitsa aka George

I got a lovely update on Cherenitsa who is now called George from his owner today. He was second to last kitten to leave here earlier in the year from Ellie's C litter. He was bought as a surprise as the owners wife had recently lost her cat who was a cross Persian so they were looking for something similar. He settled very well and has grown well and has a lovely Smoke colour now. He is getting very big and will be 6 months old. This kitten is a male black smoke with white siberian. Thankyou Richard for the update and lovely picture.

Siberian Breed special

The wonderful Siberian cat is being featured in a 5 page spread in the June Issue of your cat magazine. It is not often the breed is featured in a full article like this so it will be an interesting read for all who love or are owned by a siberian cat. There will be a lot of breeder adverts in the kitten section for those who are contemplating getting a kitten. I have also placed an advert in the magazine and it will appear in the kitten section. We hope to have kittens here again in a few weeks but I won't disclose too much information on the parents just yet until I am certain of the arrivals so if you are on my waiting list you will be contacted in a few weeks when the babies arrive. My advert will appear as follows:

You can order copies online via www.yourcat.co.uk or via most large newsagents.

I also had news recently that one of my babies pictures is going to be the main feature on the show page in up and coming issue of Catplanet magazine. The picture will appear on the show report page for the 'one for all' tica show I recently attended. The beautiful picture that will be featured is a close up of my gorgeous Karlisa. Catplanet magazine Issue 6 will be available to order from the beginning of May.

Visit www.Catplanet.co.uk

This is going to be the featured picture of my gorgeous girlie....

Its great to see the breed being publicised more as they are still relatively unknown compared to other forest breeds but despite their short time here in the U.K, I believe more and more people are falling in love with these wonderfully loving cats.

Homebred stud Boris 6 months old

Introducing my handsome home bred boy Boris at 6 months of age. This boy I think is looking wonderful and maturing well. I am very pleased with his development so far and love his head and colouring. He is so adorable and cute with an amazing temperament. He still loves to talk and greet you as he did as a young kitten. I think you will agree he is going to look fantastic when mature. I truly love the smoke colouring he has along with his sisters, it is very eye catching. I hope to show this boy providing he develops well and he will hopefully sire his first litter at the end of the year. Hope you all like the pictures taken outside in the cat run today!
