WARNING! Scammers on free advertising sites selling so called pedigree kittens for cheap, do not approach these people and go only to a registered breeder. I have also noticed people selling very young unvaccinated, unregistered kittens for cheap on these sites, again these type of kittens do not make great pets and are far to young to be rehomed, they most likely won't be purebred siberians either!

Information on my website 'adopting a kitten page' on why you should choose a reputable, registered breeder.

New litter of siberian kittens expected soon!!!

Well we have possible kittens arriving in the next 9 weeks from Mia, she is being romanced at the moment and has had one mating which hopefully was a successful one, a few more needed over the next few days I think. We have decided to name this litter the hope litter in memory of my beloved persian who recently passed away and also in the hope that we will have a good litter this time, fingers crossed. This is Mias first litter so I hope she is ok.
We are now taking kitten reservations so If anyone is interested in a kitten from this litter then please get intouch to go on a waiting list, we have already had a good response from potential kitten owners, so cannot guarantee a kitten for everyone and will only take deposits once they are born and we have an idea of numbers. Karlisa will be mated End of May beginning of June and is going to a fantastic boy for stud so we are expecting some beautiful show kitties from these two cats, one of which I hope to keep myself providing there is something suitable. We have also had some interest in kittens from this pairing already so I dont think the wait list will be open for long with this litter. Ellie will hopefully have her first mating August time.

Please visit my website for more information on my cats and I will keep everyone upto date with any future babies on here...so keep checking back!

Sad News

Although this is not siberian cat related, I wanted to post this in memory of my first pedigree cat Hope, who unfortunately had to be put to sleep today due to renal failure.
She was a rescue Persian who I adopted through the vets I work at some 8 years ago. She came in as a stray and was abit of a mess. She was unspayed and looked like she had been someones breeding cat and was not well cared for. We guessed she was atleast 4 years if not older. Despite how she looked I instantly fell in love with her and felt as though it was fate as I had always wanted a white persian and had admired several pictures of them. She was a very special blessing.

After a few months of care and dedication I got her back to good health and then by chance was lucky enough to have the oppertunity to show her as a pedigree (even though I did not have papers) with Felis Britannica. She did really well and you can see from the show pics below she was a very beautiful girl who scrubbed up well. We stopped showing her due to her age and the fact she did not really enjoy it that much. At her last show one judge who was also a persian breeder could not believe how well she looked for her estimated age, wishing only that his older persian looked half as good.

She remained with us as a much loved pet for many years without any illness to speak of and I have included some pics from a few months ago, before she got sick of her playing in the cat run with my siberians.

She was the most gentle and well behaved cat you could ask for and never once was naughty, I could do anything with her even bath and blow dry and she was so good. I miss her alot and will never find another cat like her.

Rest in peace little angel, Jasmine, Chloe, Lucy and dusty will be there waiting for you at Rainbow bridge to keep you company! Love you always xx

Felis Britannica show - viking cat club, Milton Keynes 31st Jan 2010

We took some of our sibbys along to their first fb show and had great fun and got to have a chat with some lovely sibby breeders also. It was a bit of a bad start as we got lost but luckily arrived on time, a long treck which we dont normally do but our cats were very well behaved. It was abit different to the TICA shows we were used to so nice to be able to relax and chat to people. It was also nice to not have to take them in and out of pens as Max hates this and even though he made abit of noise he was fairly well behaved and nick named Mr quiet by the judge because he would not shut up.lol. We got to speak to the judges about our cats and got a written report also stating their good and bad points, although mainly all good comments. Our cats did well for their first show and we got some great comments especially about our two silver cats. We where not expecting Ellie to do extremely well as she needs to fill out more and get a better coat but wanted to take her for the experience as she can be nervous, but she was very well behaved although alittle tense when being held infront of the judges and public.
The results were as follows:

Max's results and judges comments:
got his first CAP towards his champion neuter title and in his side Class got third best neuter all breed being beaten by a maine coon and a norweigan forest cat.
Judges comments:
Strong and solid body, excellent size and length, Excellent head shape and forehead, Excellent shape to eyes and expression, Well set ears size matching head,Excellent length to coat, well furnished tail, Excellent condition and temperament and overall sweet and impressive male neuter.

Karlisa's show results:
Got first CAC towards champion title and in side class best overall queen in show.
Judges comments:
Strong and solid body with excellent weight and proportions, beautiful shape to head, excellent profile, rounded head, medium strong chin, Large and expressive eyes, Well set ears and shape, correct coat texture, Medium long tail well furnished, excellent condition and temperament, sweet and relaxed girl.

Ellies show results:
Ex 2 kitten,
Judges comments:
Body and boning in deep development, wedge shaped head, time needed to develop width to head profile could be more scooped, Oval blue eyes, medium sized ears already follows wedge of head, Baby coat, excellent texture for age, nicely coloured points, body is solid. The judge had also decided see was a blue point with white not a tabby point as we first thought.

We had alot of interest from the public also in our cats and Ellie was especially admired for her pretty looks, infact one little girl really took to her and wanted to take her home...awww bless.
